No, it doesnt work that way. Someone rested positive and knew it and came to work anyways. They interacted with me and my SM called me in office keeping me 6 ft away. Told me i just got a 2 week vacation and see you soon. 1 week i. I get a letter from sedgwick-lowes telling me my personal leave was approved from 6/2 to 6/15 i aent out on the 27th of may. And i cant return until the date on letter. Supposed to get my normal pay. I am waiting to see what my pay looks like next week.

A store about 15 miles from mine had a positive case.
After the store closed at 7pm, a professional crew came in, and according to Lowe's, aggressively cleaned "everything", and opened at 6am the next day.
We had one diagnosed yesterday. They said closing store at closing regular time to deep clean. Nope they didnt clean sh–!!! Its hush hush and not telling us who! Can we sue if we get it!!! Lowes is all about money not us!
You should be able to get TTO but not unemployment since your work status isn't changing (not fired or furloughed and you're getting paid in full).
You might need to pressure your store manager to get pre-approved but on the other hand you could force their hand by applying anyway. They would look both cruel and incompetent if they denied it then.
Yeah you actually get 4x the amount of unemployment because your co worker has sars 2020 and u get 2 weeks paid from Lowe’s on top and you still have a job it’s a win win win win
