Furloughs, not layoffs, coming Monday the 18th until we start to see a return on receivables. Intent is to bring techs back not layoff. More than 50% of techs. Unemployment will be a bump in pay for a short period and hopefully we bring them back before it's not.

All remaining 2nd level support in USA or Canada have been notified the end of May is their final employment date
It was officially stated the 14th by email
So by the end of May, 100% of customer and technical support will be in Guatemala and India
100% offshore

The Friday lay-off of Webster employees confirmed yet due to work at home requirements, the normal flow of information (such as people watching you get walked out and then reporting it) is limited.
