The Execs could not get another job anywhere else and everyone know this but it is comical how the Execs over estimate their importance to the company; dream up elaborate plans to justify their extravagant pay packages. The latest for “motivation “ is best solved by firing their greedy, incompetent, lazy asses. That will motivate them.
