I'm not sure I would be so quick to spend it bc once BK filed other creditors may try to claw it back.
They just paid out huge bonuses in March. On top of that the Deferred compensation plan was ended and all was paid out. They were unsecured creditors before this happened and should still be. Now 2 months later this retention bonus payment happens. Self dealing at its worst.
