A months ago we lost the last of our accounting staff, then our admins and nothing but customer complaints about HCL . Now we lost our president and are under the com doc president as of two weeks ago. Now today more people let go. Anyone else nervous about the future?

Many of us are still happy to be here, we like the people, the work, the environment.
Do I wish I had more money? Definitely! For those of us who have been here a long time, we are still paid competitively with the industry, even with the lousy raises in there past decade.
Am I concerned for the future of the company? Definitely! Until recently I would have said that wasn't a huge concern as I could get a job in by field easily. With covid economy, that night but be true anymore.
There are pockets of good places, and pockets of bad. Seems like most of the complaints here are from xbs, and honestly I know nothing about them so perhaps their situation is much worse than what we face in Webster.
@dwm+14UWRgF5 This is very unfortunate but also highlights the reason people needed to leave this sh–ty company before something hit, like a down economy or recession. Recessions accelerate layoffs or leave u stuck at a bad company, at a time when businesses are no longer hiring - now you are in a job market with less options, more competition, no income due to complacency.
