Definitely not. Culture is toxic, everyone is too busy covering their own a**es instead of doing their own jobs. And let’s just say, not a lot of positive things have been heard about Rebecca Campbell.
Former DTCI here. I'd say avoid it. Pay is low and the culture is extremely toxic.
I was laid off from DTCI after working there for over a decade. I would not work there again.
