Seriously, no one thinks it's odd there is nothing new posted in a pandemic?
In my state, it's getting worse each day. Not sure we've peaked yet. But sales are great. Should be fun to comp next year!

Marvin, You funny guy! Thinking bLowe's is actually doing a good job taking care of the workers. We still have managers hiding out and associates doing the work of 4 or 5 associates.
Hmmmmmmm, maybe it’s because Lowe’s is actually doing a good job of taking care of the associates !!! People on here just loving wallowing in the negativity of a small % of the people.

It’s be because we don’t care anymore. Instead of posting on here hoping things will somehow get better we are out looking for jobs.
Our store manager is never around on weekends, the asms hide out in offices, some of the department supervisors do as well leaving the head cashiers to run customer service, the front end, and the rest of the store. People are quitting daily because of the amount of customer abuse we have to put up with.
Instead of telling us great job, we’re told we aren’t getting enough leads, credit apps, lpps, or 10’s on the LTR surveys.
So we have had enough and many of us are out looking for other jobs.
Get a life!
