ARASA WINS Round 1

Don't count out the ARASA craft at UP just yet. ARASA won it's 1st round in courts this past week. Hope all is still paying their dues. They possibly could get reinstated on UP property as early as June 9.

Maybe some of those at majors locations have not witnessed this, but at some of the smaller shops or locations when the last one of any craft person is gone, not one ever returns, period.

To late now! Arasa should have been beating down the door many months before the union was a obolished really kind of s—s I knew a couple good supervisors that didn't even get 2 be managers but that's the way the cookie crumbles

@OP Any gains will be reversed on appeal. The unions don't have the money to keep suing UP either.

Anyone who doesn't like their job should find a new one. It's faster and easier than suing your employer every time you find something about your job that you don't like.

It’ll go nowhere someone will get their palm greased and the whole thing will be forgotten the days of foreman and foreman generals is over. Now is the time of $hitty managers that used to be $hitty foreman and $hitty foreman generals who shouldn’t have been given those positions in the first place
