Good balance sheet, good products and good leadership make a difference.

Wrong wrong wrong. AWF (contract workforce) were not included in that 90 days and they are already being let go. Big lay-off's are coming in July. All of these major corporations spouting about "no layoffs for 90 days" it's because they were given HUGE incentives as part of the stimulus (not fake news or paranoia, it's in the bill, Google it.) Don't drink the 90-day Kool-Aid, we would have been better off being laid-off 60 days ago because in 30 days that additional $560/week of unemployment money won't exist so we'll get $440/week instead of $1000/wk. If you're not looking for a job, you should start.
So-called "leaders" who tend to be nice when it's just the two of you but get nasty and embarrass you when other people are around. Big turn off. Not exactly motivating nor inspiring letting their promotion get to their head. You know who you are.
I agree that there are no or maybe few layoff till now. We don't know what's gonna happen in next couple of months.
Regarding the balance sheet, product and leadership, please don't make me laugh. Don't know much about the balance sheet. Product is old school from the past, trying to catch up with the present needs. Leadership, I think you need to learn more about good leaders.
They got rid of many and they were all under 2 years service.
Since when is laying off ~55 PS resources and offering them the same job elsewhere, no doubt for less money, not a layoff?
Yes they did. We lost 10 in the UK. Used performance as a cover up for covid though.
Trolls gonna troll. No one on PS team got laid off but keep on trolling.
Wait, let me check the California WARN notice.
https://www.edd.ca.gov/jobs_and_training/warn/WARN_Report.xlsx
Nope, nothing there from NetApp.
Keep on trolling.
Except for all of the professional services organization.
This makes trolls very angry.
