Is there any truth in this rumore I am hearing on the ground?

Would it really be a surprise? A lot of “fat” with “support functions for support functions” and the technical staff has everything split up so each person does a fraction of what that role would do in other organizations.
Considering you have a ton of field operations position sitting at home on their asses collecting paychecks I would expect furloughs at the very least. Doubt activity will return to early 2019 levels until at least mid 2021
