Facebook Challenge - Watch The Negative Comments Disappear

So, we have active moderators, now, on the Belk Facebook page. Any and all genuine negative experiences are now being deleted and replaced with shill comments about how great everything is with the service and all. The bad stuff is disappearing faster than a speeding bankruptcy.

The challenge, here, is to post your true negative experiences, support those who have had a bad experience (and there are many), and to try and re-post the executive video where the bigwigs sit at home (they don't like that video, now, for some reason?!):

Try it out, or just watch.. and above all, have fun!

Not sure why the Vimeo video hasn't been deleted. They don't seem very proud of it, now, and don't want it to be seen for some reason.

Yep. And they have the 2 stock answers for problems:

1) The long apology that, basically, complains back to the customer and mentions under-staffing and how the store has it worse
2) The short one where they ask for a pm and the mail box is always full

If you notice on Facebook, any EMPLOYEE who talks about how bad the store is doing, that comment is deleted within minutes. if a customer complains it takes a little longer for the comments to be deleted.
