Most mid-level mgmnt still leading from the rear.
Gonna take people who are p-ss-d off and mad about to create change.
It is impossible to do a course correction while sitting still behind a key board.

The facility manager got canned by the regional manager at Burleson a few weeks before the first wave of layoffs.

We have a facility in Burleson? That’s news to me, unless you are talking about the JRC Alvarado Plant. In which case that little Scottish dude that’s the director there couldn’t care less if it’s shut down. He will be transferred somewhere else and promoted.

Are you still getting steady work?
Has the facility manager given the remaining employees a status update?
If the works has stopped and you don't have any direction then yeah!!
