I took 3 weeks and quit in late February and these sons of you kno what took the fN money out of my check. Cheapas briches
You have to unfortunately accrue it. I have 4 weeks and only accrued 6.5 days. And gave plenty of notice. I didn’t get my other time. Retired now and enjoying life after all the years I gave. And my lump sum pension.
You will be able to take it. Most people after they give a date get their 4 weeks off up front. It is more of a courtesy than anything else. I have never seen anyone get deducted for it. Even the frontline workers that quit and owe days never get chased down.
If not earned and you take it, you will end up paying it back. The question to ask is what you have earned prior to retirement date
