Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

Joe McFarland, dont do one more Lowedown unless you are wearing a mask and sanitizing your hands. You look like an absolute self entitled coward otherwise. You can add that to your list of also being a racist.

Marvin and the Marvettes are a joke. Even my store manager privately admits he feels Marvin has no idea what he is doing. He sarcastically says things like “I wonder what brilliant ideas Marvin (or joe or bill) have for us today?”

Marvin has told us lies from the start.
I don't trust him and I sure don't like him.

Why would he need to be on the Lowe down. He already has the podcast and his town halls streaming on a loop. Do you really need to see all three of them there playing with their bobble head dolls

Would you resign when you’re making millions of the backs of wage slaves? Or you gave yourself a 68% pay increase in one year when your workers get no more than a 3% raise split over two raises making it not as good as one raise and saving the company millions?

Lowe’s loves to show off that they care by putting out there how much they have paid associates. They say 80 million because it sounds like a lot to most people when, in reality, it is not. $300/month for full time and $150.00/month for part time is not a lot considering the record profits we are making for the company.

The leadership of this company is a complete and utter joke. Remember when Marvin came on board and he said the days of hiring friends into leadership roles was over? Who does Marvin hire? His friends of course. Everyone Marvin has hired has some connection to him in his past.

I keep wondering how far and hard Marvin will push the associates before there is a revolt. He has taken so much from us and all we do is smile and keep working harder for our master Marvin. Lowe’s is like an abusive spouse; how long will we put up with the abuse before we say enough is enough?
