So so interesting to watch this once great company faltering, yet I see a bunch of union zealots, thirst for rank and file policies that protect their high wages and benefits. You will all struggle in the real world when you are laid off

Iue cwa 301 is the most useless union ever, taking backdoor deals to save their friends well letting those they dont like get fired. Not just that seems as if the union is infested with cokeheads and he–in addicts.

If they start doing cuts in Power, Schenectady will be doomed. They can finally rid themselves of the Union, blame the virus and not take any of the blame. This is the perfect time for all of the corporations to do their dirty work and look totally clean.

I'll tell you who didn't see it coming. Upper management. We began a major lean event that was to include several Aviation sites over time. About a hundred people and a kaizen sensei were to be involved. We finished the first one and two or three weeks later, the first wave of layoffs were announced. What a waste. Very short-sighted.

Take a look at the stock today. It's been steady all day today. When's the last time it was like that? Also, the last time it was this low was back in the early 90's and it had been steadily going up for years and continues for many more years!! Something just really doesn't seem right and it's not because of the pandemic either!! I fear that we are in the calm before the storm and are about to get slammed!!!

R&D falls under Aviation (D. Joyce) now, does this effect them as well?
