Seeking Alpha is an amateur investor forum. The author clearly admits he is long the stock. There is no opinion involved in a chart that shows stockholders equity declining like a waterfall. Without growth the dividend is unsustainable. Revenue growth has declined steadily and the new markets are not a margin rich. GK has treated the companies cash portfolio like a home equity loan. Without growth it's either reduce the dividend or reduce headcount. Reducing the dividend will crush the stock price and spiral the company into oblivion. So the only way out is to reduce expenses through layoffs. Both stockholders and employees will be punished.
