Unless I'm blocked, which happens often! How many of you Lowe's frontliners are so stressed sore, Bone's ache like never before set record sales...And watch the stock go down, pandemic or something else? I don't know, tired done dancing to this song...

This is a layoff site. Last major layoff I know of was last summer with cleaning & assembly.

Most associates at my store are too tired to care anymore. Customers keep coming in ever increasing numbers, management keeps upping the number allowed in the store. We can’t keep up with the freight so it’s being top stocked. We have associates crying in the break room because they can no longer take it and regional and district people keep saying more please, just one more thing. Get leads, credit card apps, Lowe’s protection plans, my Lowe’s cards, add on sales, build their basket, app4me, keep up with your training, don’t block the aisles.
Cashiers are getting fed up and leaving. We are having to pull associates off the floor to ring. Our bobble head store manager just sits in his office thinking he is doing a good job.
