If someone cant log into the force with same user name and password used for years, does that mean your no longer with the company?

Well, I used to be able to login to MYHR, but as of Thursday, I can not.
I called HR and was told that all employees who are currently furloughed have been denied access to MyHr. Someone else said they got in trouble for completing classes during furlough. Maybe that’s why?
I can get into the force but i cant get into MYHR
