This guy Mike has some really valid points. I wish I could meet you to cuss your d*mb *ss out. You have to be the c—iest SOB I know. Spying at peoples homes, testing and kicking representatives animals. Who tf do you think you are? Just let us pay our dues and do the least we possibly can! Do you sign my checks?

LOL, Yeah, like you’re going to stop anyone from visiting whatever internet site they choose.
You are the east end of a horse headed west.

You people gossip on this site like a bunch of little girls. I have forbidden my employees from coming to this site because of that. When I do home inspections, I check my employees computers and phones to make sure they don’t come in this site. You people need to grow up!

I am so sick of the unscrupulous behavior of my employees. I’m a lead and I hate getting my reps to n trouble, but just stop lying to customers. Drives me crazy!

Suggestion! South Hillsborough county has built thousands of homes and Frontier doesn’t service any of them.

Newsflash for the ones who haven’t figured it out yet..... once this bankruptcy is complete it will just lead to a 2nd more devastating bankruptcy whereby the federal govt assumes control of the company. Things are only going to get worse long term for Frontier. There is no way out.

Can the owners of Ziply Fiber come and take over Frontier ASAP?

Become a next generation fiber broadband as in they wont be able to compete or expand fiber areas for another generation would be more accurate. They have already missed the opportunity and now with a bankruptcy filing thats going to set them back even further. The reality is this company is dead and deposed.

FTR will be evaluating profitability of assets in all states. copper broadband declines 4% year over year, fiber broadband is growing 4% year over year. so what geographies does FTR have that are worth fiber broadband and what areas are not ? In there 8k report dated 3-27-20 the company says they will become a next generation fiber broadband provider.

I hope some of that money gets used to improve our inefficient outdated systems and get additional training for the numerous incompetent employees I have to deal with on a daily basis, or replace them with intelligent new hires.

“This is indeed a good time to be at Frontier!” That has to be the most ridiculous and pathetic post so far.

Unproductive area? lol...I dont think they would be marketable to be sold if they were unproductive, you are confusing every other territory of FTR with the ones sold. If this is a good time to be at Frontier for you, I feel even more sorry for you and your disillusioned reality. Now is the time to find another job and not be commenting to try to boost morale through a message board.

Folks, this is exactly the news we needed right now. We got rid of an unproductive area and we can now concentrate on the remaining states. We rid ourselves of bad debt and now have more cash readily available because if this sale. I have already received permission to hire 100 new sales reps in Tampa as soon as the pandemic is over. This is indeed a good time to be at Frontier!

What Region or State is now being considered for sale?

At this point that is the best news for a former Frontier employee in the regions acquired by Wave Division. I doubt most of what is said about WD here is true, but even if it is-clearly they are doing something right that Frontier isnt (such as purchasing with cash and not overpaying by $10B for 3 states). Union busting should be the top priority for WD, employees from Washington are likely some of the highest paid in FTR's footprint and they will need to break the FTR mindset to do the work correctly and be successful. As for who is doing the MCO work, the work that should not even be supported anymore, it should be outsourced to Mexico or India obviously. Time for Bernie to open his eyes and start dissolving more union contracts and bringing in contractors to do the work.

THE NEW COMPANY WILL ONLY PROMOTE WITH YOU ON YOUR BACK LEGS UP.....YOU KNOW THE DRILL.

Be careful with the new WaveDivision group. They were the same bunch who used to run Wave Cable. They ran quite a cut-throat operation when they had the cable systems. Look up other sites like Glassdoor and do some research. They’re well known for their fly-by-night ways, burning out employees and union busting. You guys got the entire top brass from that organization. They’ve historically paid low wages, k–led individual advancement and put the screws to a lot of people.

Wave was draconian in their attendance policies. They played the occurrence game and promoted only “yes”- men and women. Mediocrity was a way of life there. My prediction is they will come in, trim all the fat, fire all the highly compensated employees and crowd anyone out who questions any of their decisions. Be ready to run dangerously low on supplies, having to account for every nut and bolt and getting treated like the enemy if you have to work too much overtime. Word of advice to anyone wanting to stay there: go with the flow, be productive and don’t voice contrary opinions. Don’t let them know your looking for a new job if you aren’t ready to leave yet.

Wave Division Capital is a FAR SUPERIOR employer and WE GOT OUR PENSION LUMP SUM BACK! No matter what Frontier does to stay in business its in their blood to ALWAYS be a "lesser-than" company unable to fulfill their own mission statement. Good riddance Frontier!
