Some full-time employees get company stock (not through 401k) awarded that vests over time. It's a carrot companies use to retain employees as they get awarded at specific times throughout the year and vest a few years after awarded.
No one but the witch is buying that garbage stock.
I sold all my vested stock once the pervert was ousted by the wicked witch and she made it clear that it was going to be her way no matter the losses!
As new ones vest I sell.
This company will be worthless by NOV. None of us who built and kept it going will be around much longer.
