I told all of you Hiland was putting in an offer to buy a Deans plant. And look what happened. They bought Sioux Falls and turned it into Prairie Farms.

I thought the sane thing with this deal! Now they have a problem with Finalizing the deal with DOJ.
It is all a charade. Hiland is a joint venture between DFA and Prairie Farms. DFA is scheming to trick DOJ into thinking Prairie Farms is a third party buyer to avoid antitrust issues but they are all related.
