They maybe have a single office in San Francisco no physical property they sold that building years ago. They are in slash for cash mode, moving is going to cost them not to mention the glass palace is theirs outright no money is owed and they couldn’t sell it if they tried. The pipe dream of San Francisco rumor is just that a rumor will never happen.
