When I got laid off I asked for a report on who was laid off. People don’t know that if your above 45 years old you are Entitled to this report.
What I found was that they laid off mostly people that were above the age of 50 years old. Was it Age discrimination I say YES!
So if your 45 years and old ask for the report your Entitled to this report!
