SLB people are so diluted about this "world" they're living in... Under OLP SLB lost almost 70% market value und wrote off $20bn... Quite frankly, I don't get how this guy still gets a paycheck...

OLP is a good guy and smart. Is he though sufficiently self aware to identify the brown nosers around him? Over the past 9 years the company has lost a lot of its culture, it’s hard to rebuild in a down market. Yes men and cut men do well then usually and they are too many already. OLP can’t promote everyone himself. Will him and his most trusted allies will be able to restore balance?

OLP is a good dude. It’a terribly sad that he is the one having to do this and not the ginger tyrant. The few that survive will do well with him at the helm...
