They should close stic in Palo Alto. They do not bring anything to the table.
Depends on which segments you are talking about. Wireline is still there, although about 80% were already laid off. Well Services is still there, although also about 80% were already laid off. I can’t say about other segments. But there are 2 HSE employees in California. That should give some indication of total headcount between all segments. I’m sure there is some formula that says only so many HSE guys per so many headcount. Who knows what the future holds but that is what it is right now.
