Thread regarding Enterprise Rent-A-Car layoffs

Does anyone else believe the lay offs were based off of favoritism?

I was just shy of two years with the company but yet they decided to keep someone who only had a month with the company. Did anyone get a reason on why they were selected to be laid off? Do you think the company could of handled the lay off situation better?

Yeah it’s a terrible company. Always gotta be kissing the right a– at the right time. Honestly doesn’t matter how well you do. If you have the most successful branch and ESQI and they don’t like you it doesn’t matter. Total a holes.

I think it played a big factor. I think think the only reason i was called back is because people didn't want to come back. So it's like we are calling you back well let me fall on the ground and praise you for the next layoff. I am reading the posts it might happen again.

Age might be a factor too. I don’t think they respect EEOC laws. We are looking into it as we speak. If they are sued they have to explain the firing strategy.

If you did not bow down and kiss Their a– you were out. Sixteen years, wow, I guess your nose got too much c-ap on it. Enterprise is known for using obsolete IT.. good luck.

I've seen them go out to their little dinners and guzzle booze like it's a fraternity party and then go hop in their rental cars and hop on the road putting innocent people's lives at risk. Oh then they get DUI's and brush them under the table. I dont think I have enough space to to discuss the illicit d–g use and unprofessional s-xual misconduct... but hey I guess im just an angry ex employee.

I worked there for 16 years and got thrown out like garbage! I seen stuff go on there that would make your head spin. If your not in the a– kiss club your screwed! There is no family atmosphere there at all!

I think it has to do with pay. More likely, you’re more expensive than someone who has been there for 1 month.
