1st quarter reports states that Chicago service units will go from 6 to 3 sometime this year. They called it consolidation. Don’t bother taking any unpaid leave of absence in Chicago, it won’t help you. As far as the rest of the locations, I am sure the furloughs will continue like before. The only true solution to this, is to strike.

North Platte doesn’t look like any layoffs anytime. Some especially Bailey shop is needed to make ends meet. Little slow but manager says will pick back ip soon

Layoffs aren’t happening yet give it a month or two then you should see them start with the layoffs. They’ve got to wait until the essential workers buzz fades and eyes move on to something else and allow for their undertime idea to fail (which anyone that isn’t drinking the koolaid knows)
