I have seen some of the most hard working Engineers at Sing 2. Those guys from NB technology never treated Singapore engineers fairly.
A gut start would be to get rid of those two incompetent clowns running Sperry software. People in that group taking three hour lunches,coming late and leaving early and browsing on the cell phones instead of working. No wonder there is always problems with their software.
