Excellent advise! I feel terrible for the wonderful people that have to go back to work and risk their lives because of the cavalier attitude of Sycamore Partners and their harem of higher ups. It's concerning and pathetic to open so soon. I dont blame the shoppers, they simply want to get out and pretend that life is back to normal. It isn't, and it never will be again. Belk is a huge disappointment and I'm sure the Belk Family is appalled. They at least cared about their employees and frankly didn't need a silly script or a smart-a– speech to endear themselves.
Oh Yes!! All the good employees are gone, and the ones remaining will leave soon, it is what it is.
Agree! And just know, people already are abandoning ship "en masse", workers and customers alike.
