Why does belk hire people who are let go from Macy’s? Countless people who worked at Macys and some who have been fired for all different types of reasons. Just curious, any thoughts?

Including one manager who was fired for taking a tester of perfume from Macy’s
I know a Macy’s store manager that didn’t even graduate high school, she only went to 11th grade.
