Are there any scenarios for getting paid for vacation time when you leave Lowe's? I
have hundreds of hours and plan to retire this year.

It depends on which state you are in. In California vacation and holiday is paid out on your final check.
If your store manager is nice they can. When when one of my former coworkers retired a year ago the store manager had me all his remaining vacation time to his last pay period but that’s not a policy
No you do not get paid out for any sick or vacation time
I intended to use "sick time" as the theme not vacation time.
No way you can have 100's of vacation hours as it is use it or lose it. Now you could have 100's of sick hours which I did and lost them when I left the first time.
I thought vacay time was use it or loose it. At least that’s what they tell us at my store, of course managers have been known to lie and corporate as well, especially since we have Marvin, the false christian, god blessing everything.
