You know you are NOT SORRY for RUINING - a persons livelihood. Absolutely makes me one p-ss-d person. You can go around saying how sorry you are to do lay offs. Maybe Chrissy should call some of her worker ants that made her all the Taylors money and personally tell them she’s sorry for not figuring out a better way to handle this and how she is “so sorry” for ruining peoples lives that were so loyal to this sh– show of a brand. They claim you’ll be eligible for “rehire”. Yeah I won’t be applying, better call me back if you really want decent loyal spit on employees. She’s running the brand into the ground further.

I'm very sorry to hear that you all lost your jobs. I pray this pandemic is over soon and you guys go work for another company. Erac is full of lies and greed. I worked there for 11 years and was a Area Mgr for 5 of those years. I left on my own due to the high stress and unfair treatment of minorities.
I've been permanently laid off twice in my career. There is such a thing. Permanently laid off is terminated.
I’m pretty sure that enterprise needs to rethink the lawyers that they have hired. Their legal advice is lacking. There is no such word as permanently laid off. You are furloughed or laid off. There is no such thing as permanently laid off. Laid off is when your company will be bringing you back when business improves. I taped that final meeting where we were told this. And when the meeting ended the managers did not realize people were still on the line listening. As they laughed and joked about the entire thing then realized people were still on the line and smart as they hung up. I have this video available and will be happy to use it in the appropriate situation.

jack built the brand, and made every employee feel special. Andy grew the company, and greed followed, 3rd generation Greed is the number 1 priority, and will be the downfall of Jacks ultimate dream. Has Corporate read the mission statement lately?? i left a long time ago when the Greed was more important than the customer and employees. I too am deeply disappointed by the way this was handled. Your mission statement- putting your customers first, employees second, and bottom line profit will follow has been exposed for what it really is. Profits and upper management grossly overcompensated paychecks are first, better put up a good SQI score second, and if you’re lucky you can keep your job. You’re just like every other greedy corporation, you just have a better PR program in place. Congratulations on k–ling the culture and the company that Jack built!

As a laid off part time driver for Enterprise, hired year and half ago my experience tells me that it is a very poorly managed company, thank God I don’t depend on the income, it’s a horrible place to work for agents and managers. If I’m called back I won’t go unless the vehicles are being sanitized, if Ms Taylor is so concerned for employees this would be done plus provide masks and gloves. Hate to think that this would be my career when I finished college years ago.
Really just s—s for people like us. Hard workers who have loyalty to a company who doesn’t share that loyalty with workers. The letter I received in the mail back tracks and goes every direction including from permanently laid off to the next paragraph that says “this lay off is expected to be permanent” Not sure how many people got this letter, but it was a total spit in the face.
