There is much talk that we have lost new product development from FX going forward. I also recall reading a press release that said we can continue to get this from FX, even after the agreement expires.
Can anyone explain this with a reference?
While I’d love to see the pipeline further dessicate due to John V “management” I’m not sure some of the info being spread here is accurate.

After 31 Mar 2021, FX becomes Fujifilm Business Innovation. They will continue to supply Xerox with product in the basis of OEM contract, that is, they will be treated just like other OEM partners Xerox uses today - Sharp, HP, Konica-Minolta, Toshiba. This is for new product.
For existing product, nothing really changed but Xerox can expect price increases and these products will likely be replaced by HP ones.
