Are you going to miss your opportunity to get humiliated by your superior? The few bread crumbs they throw you can’t make up for the line by line destruction of both your hard work and self esteem. BBBY review process has always been a joke and just an opportunity for upper management to humiliate and degrade their subordinates. All in the name of the artificial customer service environment that they preach but don’t practice.
Of course they are serious about reviews and raises, there will be none!! Don’t act like you are surprised....

Yearly raises in all retail is a joke. Even the a– kisser get a quarter rather than 20 cents. Trust me yearly reviews are not something to throw much merit in. If you wanna make money in retail work your way up the ladder. About it.
yeah that .20 a year is an insult to hard working a$$ busting ppl like me , like i say there is NO loyalty to the hard working employees, PT or FT only to the a$$ kissers which just shows the integrity of the SM's
Be glad you have a job. With everything in the world changing so much retail is a dying breed. I am thankful every day that I have a job . I can figure out how to survive this year without that .20 raise. If you can’t then quit.
Just look at the bright side. You won’t have to do those awful self reviews this year.
It doesn’t shock me. Most retailers do their annual reviews in April at the end of the fiscal year. It’s the standard now to have all reviews at on point now. They are just using this as an opportunity to do so.
we were told a while back before all this happened that there wont be merit raises anymore cause of the increase in minimum wage which is b—s— for the ppl who bust their a$$ everyday for them

Haven't got one in two or three years,they got rid of so many smaller managers there's noon to do it.
