what next, Dollar Generals are slowly leaving , will there be route re-orgs and will they give us rt drivers our full routes back and layoff pod drivers? what is going to happen? who is buying us DFA or Bordens

It’s not Borden’s it’s private equity firms behind that deal. Merge and cut.
Small format stops like the General are going away. Route cuts have to occur.
You can forget Borden’s. They are in worse shape than Deans. In our area, they can’t afford to pay their own drivers.
Agreements with unions settled. New ownership will be taking over soon (DFA or Prarie Farms for most). Would expect business to continue the same for a few more weeks. There will be lots of work getting systems (order entry, picking, routing, payroll, benefits, etc) transferred over to systems of the new owners that will take priority over drivers fighting for specific routes.
