Omaha is already starting to call unions to try to get them on board with voluntary time off! Happened today at my location.

Still seeing a furlough even with this idea no way the company will meet the monetary goal they need to reach.
Voluntary unpaid time off is a lay-off... what happened to the gawd awful attendance policy

Not worth it, sadly the unions will probably go with it because they’ll get some sort of under the table kickback. Everyone told Lance PSR wasn’t going to work and he still did it, he will get his golden parachute and everything that’s left behind will be broken or damn near broken, and one left will even want to help the next person because we’ve been told that we are a liability. Get ready with the popcorn the shows starting.

Thanks for the heads up I called CMS and told them to voluntarily lay me off till July. I’m on the supplemental board so the other guy is screwed.
The company will put so many stipulations on it that it won’t be worth it. Basically, they will let you lay off when it’s convenient for them. It will probably turn out the same as that vacation buyout to quit earlier in the year. So many people will want to do it that they just reject everyone

Voluntary unpaid time off not too long ago got you a registered letter.
Voluntary leave sounds ok to me, mandatory leave, not so much, keep months of service and benefits in place....sign me up!

Who cares about saving jobs, i just want some time away from the place. They can furlough all they want, i dont care about anyones job but my own. Hahahahhahaha waaaaaaazzzzzzaaaaaapppp
