How, just how is any of this 'abuse' of the H1B program? Have you completely lost it in your hatred (which you claim to not have)? Please don't be hurtful. You are just trying to take advantage of all the pent up frustration. You will end up hurting innocent people for no fault of their own. Human nature is to react irrationally when one's hurt, so even if there's no abuse people might act on your suggestion. Please don't create hysteria and false motivations. Believe it or not, even people on H1B are feeling terrible for what their team members are going through. They themselves have gone through such issues many times because of the same visa, but you never heard anything because they are a very small population at Sabre. They were not hateful at that time even though no one shared their pain. So please, be humane. This is a difficult phase, it will be over eventually. Hopefully everyone will get their jobs back. And if people don't, then you need to know that even people on H1B won't be spared.

I am on H1B and I agree to this post. You should absolutely report if there is any abuse of H1B program. I would. There are strict DOL rules around H1B but some of the rules are very old like defined back in 1960s which have less relevance in the modern world and some companies find way around them. If you think Sabre is doing that then you should definitely report them.
