Even though Yes vote, can CBA's still be struck down?

Even though it's a yes vote, could someone explain if legally, the judge could still strike down the CBA's with a court order? Something I haven't seen anyone ask, or comment on yet. It would just be nice to have some reassurance of what COULD happen, whether you are for or against the CBA.

I believe they have DFA's concessions already negotiated to okay this deal.

Docket 1770 put up today. Order stating that changes voted on by Teamsters members at plants being sold to DFA and PF were approved and therefore DFA and PF are ordered to abide by the new altered CBAs. So labor part is a done deal. Nothing 100% guaranteed until sale is finalized and DFA and PF take over, but sale finalization and takeover should happen very soon so about as close to 100% as we're going to get with the only curve ball that could be thrown coming from the DOJ. My guess would be DOJ doesn't put any major restrictions on anything- just something that amounts to a bare minimum so that they can claim to the objectors that they did something .

Could the CBAs be struck down before the sale is finalized in a week? Sure, they coild try.. But it's not going to happen. The proposals DFA and PF required to close the deal were approved by the membership, so what would they gain by trying to throw a last minute curve ball. Everyone (employers and employees) should be content with at least another 2 years of labor peace.
