The app is the worst idea ever. Telling customers what we have on hand. 99 percent if the counts are off and customers get p-ss-d if we are out of something. "Oh but the aoos says you have this many". A dumb–s invention.

I find this very funny because I have had customers tell mt but your app states you have so many of this item in stock. First of all, its not MY app it is the COMPANY'S app. Second, it is not OUR problem that our system is off. It is Lowe's fault. And last but not least when somebody starts getting in my face about the items we don't have in the store, I remind them that this is what Lowe's sends to my store. I have no problem running an item number through the system and then calling a store to see if the item is actually in that store.

The app does have a fudge factor built in to be fair, but yes experience has taught me that it's set way too low sometimes and still ends up with p-ss-d off I drove five hours on a bicycle to get here I demand compensation customers.
