Salaried untouched, but they have fun with their contractors that only work 32 hours a week and a 10% rate reduction for all contract houses. At the end of the day, they are at 72% of their salary but requested to give 110% of dedication.

My roomate works at ford and they were forced to use 4 PTO days the Easter week (but they also dont get 4th of July shutdown so evens out??l

It will be interesting to see what our losses were compared to Ford’s $2 billion first quarter loss. Hackett is viewed as fairly incompetent and in over his head, so my guess is they are much slower to react.
