The union took that video down? Wish I had grabbed a copy.

82% and 96%, pretty strong majority voting smartly to live another day. Now the no voters can work with a chip on their shoulders, complain, and make work miserable for the others rather than get off their butts and look for a job that will give them what they think they are owed.

It'll be out later today. DF/PF same. Ratified by wide margin.

Docket 1745 filed and granted today.

The Debtors are authorized, but not directed, to reject the CBAs covered
by DFA, Prairie Farms, and Producers bids and affected by the Debtors’ plans to close certain facilities, which CBAs are identified in the chart annexed hereto as Exhibit 1. Upon the Debtors’ filing of a notice with this Court indicating that the CBAs listed in Exhibit 1 have been rejected, such CBAs shall be deemed immediately rejected as of the date of such notice without any further action by or order of the Court.

The plants may have current different contracts but this vote was for the contract overlay which effects all plants for some items. Hope you knew this before you voted.

Thats what we voted on....44 plants all have different plans....but its either yes or no across all 44.....so if no, then we are all out of work on may 1, or subject to dfa will.
That is if they dont walk away....

We performed a vote to check the temperature of the plant. Nothing official. Just a gauge.

Pretty efficient in Alta, before 8AM the following day they already renegotiated and got pension back and wage increases. Yeah, sure.

No voting results by plant so what did you do, an unofficial exit poll where everyone wanted to impress others and say they voted no?

Vote at my plant was 203-18. NO!!!!!!

We are not worried about losing jobs because our plant is going NOWHERE. Not a chance DFA will just let every plant lay and rot if every facility shot them down in protest.
