This is my first year at NetApp so not too sure how this works here.

5 or 6 % of your salary. After tax it is almost nothing... Go find another job PLEASE
Apparently rumors are more organized than actual information in NetApp.
Don't expect much. AFAIK (which isn't much), AOP was well under 100% for FY20 and they're not using performance ratings to determine payout any longer. If 4QFY20 and 1QFY21 come in under estimates, then I'd be more worried about my job than my bonus potential. And seeing that they have cut all of the mediocre performers (as well as the politically incorrect dissidents) over the past few years, now they're left with 1's and 2's to cut. That should tell you all you need to know about this company. A once great place to work is not so much anymore.

Really? And this is the forum you come to ask that question? If you really do work at NetApp, you might want to ask your boss or poke around the intranet.
