Agreement Vs Non Agreement

Why the bad blood between these two? Was UP designed that way? Why the bad blood between crafts? Is the old house of cards divided cant stand being applied? What kind of circus is the Railroad to work for? From an outside perspective it seems like a High School where being bullied is allowed. I wonder what would happen if UP gave everyone a free pass for the day and let the real hierarchy unfold.?

Once people get that non agreement title they forget about how the job actually gets done that’s the problem. They think they have to reinvent the wheel and fix things that weren’t broken to begin with.

From my personal perspective it seems like alot of people that think they are better than other people. Then these people get in a pissin match to see who can be the bigger man by climbing the ladder and to do that they need to fire more people than the other guy. And all it does is push off the craft people. The part I dont get is this is mainly at the large yards. You talk to people from small yards and they dont seem to be this way.
