BOPIS will start Friday at the stores currently doing CDS fulfilment orders.
Hopefully that will go smother than the Major issues with IT , shipping labels not printing etc.

I work for CTS and we were told that they won’t sell CTS because we are profitable. I think we would be better off if we are sold.

Just going off of some facts here. But does anyone follow the earnings calls? They plan to continue to do real layoffs, and staff reductions. MT just recently confirmed that to investors.
My bet is that many of those who were furloughed in Corp May not be returning
My bet is that they eliminate ASMs as that was their plan this year.
They are working on selling off CTS and world market, the go forward plan is to keep BBBY, baby, and Harmon. They even plan to sell off the Harbor linen company. They goal is to eliminate any subsidiary that isn’t Home, baby, or beauty. They will cut across the whole board as needed.

And another friendly reminder that 250 stores have lease negotiations going on, and if they don’t bend many stores will close (remember we had 60 stores close in 2019, 40 in 2018, and 35 or so in 2018. Bed bath originally had close to 1200 core stores at its peak and are now down to 990.
556 stores are getting face lifts
128 stores already received this refresh.
30 are being remodeled this year still (now pushed to October)
80 already had full remodels/ relos
There is a big gap still and you should just be prepared so you don’t react like a deer in headlights if the bad news comes to a store near you.

BOPIS and curbside are what is going to happen. Mark said something about updating said program.

My guess......
Full time will go back first as they don't want to continue to pay the full medical premium and the store hours will be shortened. Part time will return when needed. I am not in any position to really know, just a guess.

No possible way we can hang on!!!

if your governors do not open your state, well then, there is your answer. maybe you can do curb side pickup.
