The times are ripe, (actually overripe, I would even say rotting already...) to jump off the sad shadow of this former glorious company and move to something else....
The question is where to find the equivalent environment to what thriving oil industry was at it's prime?

There isnt gonna be much equivalency to what it was because Baby Boomers made it into greatness. Oilfield just to be an awesome transition for military personnel coming home from conflict to have their sanctuary in the workforce. That all changed once Millenials came onboard dreaming of 'greener' pastures.
