Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

Marvin needs to step down

Marvin needs to resign, the sooner the better. Joe McFarland actually took a moment at the end of the Lowedown yesterday to thank Marvin floyd his leadership during this crisis. Joe obviously isn't paying attention. Marvin has allowed the moral of the company at the store level top be pretty much nonexistent. Marvin was at best a mediocre CEO before this outbreak, but he's been nothing short of a disaster since.

The only way MARV is going ,is If a bigger hedge fund buys the one that bought Lowes and fires him.

Joe IS paying attention...he knows praising Dear Leader is keeping him his phoney baloney job. Especially after the "small hands" fiasco.

Close but no, this is not run by vendors. It's run by the board and their kamikaze pursuit of profit. It's Bill Ackman and his ilk. You really think PPG or Scott's Fertilizer has more influence than the board of directors? That's absurd.

Marvin isn’t in charge. He is a figure head. The vendors and companies whose product is sold at Lowes run the show. That’s why you guys are having paint sales during a pandemic.

As long as the money is flowing, the Board of Directors will do nothing.
