it doesnt let u change your password, it says this "Your login has been disabled. Your Vendor's Administrator has disabled your account" when u try to log in and try to change your password its not just one or two ppls its on a lot of ppl myhr that wont let u and u cant even get in through the app either and im not calling the help desk it never should have been disabled in the first place SMH
did you try to reset your password in MyHr? click on the head pic in the upper right hand corner and then select login and security. if not, did you call the helpdesk?.
wonder what that means for those of us who cannot access myhr anymore, makes ya wonder
The company never had a way of reaching out to every employee in a situation like this. That's why they are using the new EverBridge software to send out mass mailings and test messages. But, it would have been nice to tell us upfront why the text messages. As far as MyHr, that still works for me but my hand was slapped for doing some of the required courses.
Got text and email to update info. Actually got 2 of each. Not sure why they blocked us from workday. Maybe this is just an easier way for them to communicate with us. Like how they send out mass promotional emails to customers. Best of luck to everyone!
