The CSG layoffs were handled atrociously and based on internal recruiting it seems like they had no desire to actually help us get new roles. It has been psychological torture.

Absolutely no desire to help laid off CSG workers find "other" internal position in the company. Applied to at least 8 positions in the US and Europe that I know I'm qualified for. Not a single interview but just a canned message with something like " ...we received positive feedback but have decided not to move forward with you..." Last day employed at the company is July 1 2020. That's what no "significant" laidoffs mean
