I really need this job. I am the only one in my family working right now. I need hours and I need the job. I have a couple thousands saved and that's it - if I lose this Avis job I may be homeless in a month or less. Maybe unemployment can help a little - but no healthcare and kids are sick all the time.
What is one to do? I am fed up with many things at Avis. Go to glassdoor and you will see what people are complaning about. Back stabbing. Lack of hours. Management not competent.
But all of this is little things now - the biggest thing is having a job in an enconomy thats cratering - bigly. It's really bad everywhere, airlines, airports, hotels, restaurants - everyone is laying off.
So, let's rally and try to keep our jobs.
Let's try to do the best service we have to focus on quality more than ever. I hate management more than the next guy but I refuse to complain for next 30 days - let's survive and keep our jobs.
