Lowe's moved service call centers to India after removing them from the NC home office. How is lowes taking care of their customers regarding service if india is on a FULL NATIONWIDE SHUTDOWN? The whole "essential business" thing to them really doesn't matter.

Will it be called Lowe’s Way? After all there is the right way, the wrong way, and the Lowe’s way (the most complicated).
They have actually combined the IT office in India with the Subway Manager Training school. Lowe’s will be setting up the new Internet Pick-up and Subway Sandwich restaurant in a new “co-branding” objective for all stores.
Last time I called, a couple of months ago, I got someone with a good ole boy accent; “how y’all doing tonight?”
